Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Treasury Assistant (Fiat & Crypto Operations) to support the Group Treasury team with day-to-day payment operations, account onboarding, basic reconciliations and reporting across fiat and cryptocurrency platforms.

This is a junior-level role suitable for someone with basic finance, accounting or payment operations experience who is keen to develop their skills in treasury and digital assets.

Full training will be provided on cryptocurrency operations, blockchain, wallet management and Datarails.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine fiat and low-value cryptocurrency payments under appropriate supervision and approval controls.

• Support daily bank and crypto wallet balance monitoring.

• Assist with wallet transfers, whitelisting and basic transaction reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate payment records and supporting documentation.

• Monitor payment statuses and follow up on outstanding transactions.

• Account Onboarding & Compliance

• Assist with opening and onboarding bank accounts, crypto exchange accounts and payment service providers.

• Collect and maintain KYC and compliance documentation.

• Liaise with internal teams and external providers to support onboarding requirements.

• Reporting & Treasury Systems

• Support daily and weekly cash and liquidity reporting.

• Assist with basic bank, wallet and transaction reconciliations.

• Maintain treasury records, trackers and Excel reports.

• Learn and support treasury reporting through Datarails.

• Assist with data entry, system updates and other administrative tasks.

• Support the Treasury Manager with day-to-day operational requirements.

• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts Payable, Compliance and external providers.

• Escalate payment discrepancies and operational issues promptly.

Required Skills & Experience

• Some experience in finance, accounting, payments, administration or a similar role.

• Basic understanding of financial transactions and reconciliations.

• Good Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to follow processes, maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn cryptocurrency operations and treasury systems.
  

Desired Skills & Experience

• Basic awareness of cryptocurrency, blockchain or digital assets.

• Exposure to banking platforms, payments or financial reporting.

• Relevant qualification or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting or Business

 Training & Development

The successful candidate will receive practical training in cryptocurrency payments, wallet operations, blockchain fundamentals, Datarails and treasury reporting, with opportunities to develop further within the Group Treasury function.
