Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Finance Assistant.

In this role, you will manage key accounting functions across fiat and crypto accounts, including bookkeeping, balance sheet reconciliations, multi-currency journal postings, and monthly revenue analysis. This role ensures financial accuracy, supports VAT reporting, and provides detailed cost and revenue insights, helping the business make informed financial and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate balance-sheet control accounts

• Update debtors and revenue trackers regularly

• Post journals for crypto reconciliations, including gain/loss adjustments

• Reconcile crypto and fiat accounts across multiple currencies

• Manage prepayments, accruals, and standard accounting processes

• Process and update large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets

• Assist in preparation of UK VAT reports

• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, cash flow, and P&L analysis

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

• Analyze profitability, margins, cash runway, and break-even points

Qualifications:

• CA/ACCA/CPA qualified

• 4–6 years of practical experience in Accounting & Finance

• Excellent English skills (written and spoken)

• Experience working in UK companies

• Proficiency with accounting software

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency accounting
