Job Description:
We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a People Advisor.
In this role, you will act as a proactive and approachable People Advisor, building trusted partnerships with managers across all stages of the employee lifecycle. You’ll balance empathy with analytical thinking to ensure HR processes remain efficient, compliant, and people-focused, supporting both organizational goals and a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing one-on-one support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. 
- Ensure local compliance with employment laws and company policies. 
- Partner with managers to address and resolve employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion. 
- Deliver training sessions including onboarding, leadership, and manager development programs. 
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment and onboarding activities for your client group. 
- Oversee probation reviews, promotions, and pay adjustments with managers. 
- Localise global HR templates and processes to fit regional needs and compliance requirements. 
- Provide insights on reward and compensation, including benchmarking, bonus cycles, and pay reviews. 
- Support managers in setting goals, reviewing performance, and optimising team structures to meet business objectives. 
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. 
Qualifications:
- Previous experience facing off to managers in a People Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner. 
- Experience in handling the full range of employee relations issues and capable of advising managers on different options and coaching them through difficult situations 
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR best practices. 
- Experience working with multicultural, remote, and contractor-based teams is highly desirable. 
- Confident handling compliance and policy alignment across regions. 
- A natural communicator empathetic, approachable, and trusted by both employees and managers. 
- Comfortable with numbers and data capable of analysing metrics and supporting decisions with insights. 
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
