Job Description:

We’re looking for someone detail-oriented and proactive to take charge of our publishing process. In this role, you’ll be the key person responsible for moving finalized or updated articles from Google Docs into our WordPress CMS for a leading crypto project. Your mission is simple yet critical: ensure every post is formatted to perfection, published on time, and updated promptly whenever our editors share revisions. If you thrive on precision, love clean layouts, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Copy content from Google Docs into WordPress and ensure proper formatting using headings, lists, block quotes, embeds, and Gutenberg blocks in line with our project’s style guidelines.

• Maintain clear version control by tracking live drafts, archiving previous versions, and updating content promptly when editors provide optimizations or corrections.

• Manage media assets by renaming, compressing, and uploading images or videos, setting featured images, and organizing the Media Library efficiently.

• Coordinate with the editorial calendar to schedule or publish articles at the requested times after obtaining final approvals.

• Perform quality checks by previewing posts on desktop and mobile, verifying all links and CTAs, and identifying any layout or content issues before publishing.

• Keep process documentation updated by maintaining concise SOPs for uploading, version control, and media-handling workflows to ensure team alignment.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience with WordPress, preferably with Gutenberg editor.

• Proficiency in Google Docs, ensuring seamless transfer of structured and formatted copy into WordPress.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to resolve minor spacing or layout issues when needed.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy: “measure twice, publish once.”

• Strong written communication skills and ability to follow or create checklists and SOPs.

• Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and comfortable using project management tools such as Monday.com.
